Underhill Brewing Company was conceived by Ben Farhner in 2014, after catching the homebrew bug in 2011 and delving into the world of craft beer. While nothing is official yet, recipes are being conceived and perfected, and equipment is being gathered. Plans to become fully licensed and open a brewpub are in the works, so cross your fingers in hopes you’ll get a chance to taste some of the curious potions that will one day flow from Underhill.
